Staff meeting report of 4th September 2017

DuHope business

Rachel and
charlotte started working together in studying how to make soap and they will
again meet this coming Sunday.

The women are Still
working on US order and the working hours have been extended in order to finish
the order ASAP
·
There is an
event at the shop this Saturday 9th /09/2017 (Shop anniversary)

The rabbit program
is on hold still waiting for Lise to come back.
·
The Mtn business
for the women will be released to the women as soon as the SIM Cards are ready
and Marlene help in briefing the women about the business.

Mpinga is
waiting on Ebrahim’s appointment related to the outlet
·
Maurice has to
do the cost analysis of shipping our products if we declare our products as
sales.

Mpinga has to
get the necessary requirements for our soap to be on standard.

DuHope ministry

They visited
Yvonne and her baby is doing well but Yvonne still goes on street because her father
is not helping at all.

The kids have
started taking Porridge.

They asked if we
can help them get the Health insurance. ( Mituelle)

Marlenne will
provide the cost of health insurance for all women

Charlotte will
sign the new contract after the training with Rachel

Bible study: We have a bible study this coming Friday

Becky will see
if Pascaline needs to have a contract.
Finances

Maurice has to
get all August transactions recorded in Quickbooks

Maurice has to
do all taxes related to August.

Maurice has to
send the loan fund report to Becky and Jamie.

send all the remaining files for Acacia.
