STAFF MEETING ON 23rd
OCTOBER
Attendees: Jamie; Maurice;
Betsie; Mpinga; Marlene and Kirabo.
DuHope moving on 3rd
November 2017
· Rabbits: Marlene
and Kirabo to come up with a plan by Friday 27th October 2017
· Venant: Maurice to give
him a 30 days’ notice by Thursday 28th October
· Mpinga and Marlene
to tell DuHope staffs about moving on Wednesday 25th October
· Maurice to contact DuHope
landlord by 24th October. (Kirabo to follow up on this)
· Betsie and Mpinga
to look through DuHope stuffs separating what is needed and what is not by
Monday 30th ;1-4pm. Pauline needs to also be there.
· Everything else
will also be packed then apart from things that will be needed for the week.
Marlene; Claudine and Charlotte are in charge.
· Kirabo to check on
any bills that we need to pay before moving (water; rubbish; security). Mpinga
will help if needed.
· Kirabo and Betsie
to meet Wednesday 25th and localize places where to get new
equipment.
DuHope AOB
· Jamie and Mpinga
will work on a new soap schedule.
· Kirabo to take Milet
dyes for sharpening, Jamie will give her more information
· DuHope manual: Jamie will have Lise look through it once she
comes back.
Belay
· GLS is on
Thursday/Friday 8:30-4:30PM; everyone is requested to put work on hold and be
attentive.
· Internet: It is not
allowed to use phones on work Wi-Fi; in case anyone needs to use data for
work-related stuffs they can use their own data and request to be reimbursed.
This will be further discussed in 2 weeks.
· Thomas’s lunch; we
need him to be available even on lunch hours: Maurice to talk to him and agree
on a solution by Friday. Kirabo to follow up on that.
· Staffs leave:
everyone to fill in leave days they have taken so far and give that back to
Jamie by Wednesday.
· Business cards:
Kirabo to get business cards for Mpinga and Marlene. Mpinga will give her
contact of the person who makes them.
· New working hours: from now on Belay staff’s working
hours are from 9-5pm, this will be
revised in December.
