Department	Updates
Belay program direction	Gabie is working with Jamie on how to be make both DuHu and DuHope more stable: For DuHope, a good  packaging is still an issue ; they are trying to make the tags and packaging  better. We are not we are not fulfilling clients orders on the website because of the packaging. For Duhu, it is clarifying the model of the incubator Gabie is working on the plan of what can be the next project for DuHope (3-5- years from now)
Duhu	Last week, Lise met Immaculee to clarify some things in her business plan and to reduce the budget We had a two day meeting with Gabie and Maurice, discussing about Belay’s incubator Lise worked on the reports of incubatees’ progress. This coming week we will attend an event at Marriot for which we need to prepare a short presentation. LiseI will send the updates on the incubates to Jamie. Lise will resume training at the Word Made Flesh, this last week we didn’t have class because of the commemoration period
DuHope	Mpinga uploaded pictures on social media last week. She worked on products to take to Abraham’s She is attending the event at Marriot Mpinga estimated how many products should be made to distribute to outlet and she still need to check how much leather we have left. Mpinga will check with Jamie about a way to manage the inventory better. And check whether we have sticker labels in Kigali DuHope will be closed this week
Financial administration	Maurice needs to check how much money we need to cover the remaining days of April He will attend the workshop at Marriot He will pay taxes this week He will update the April expense list He will pay the water  bill.
Communication and Spiritual integration	Heather will write a blog for Word made flesh Belay staff will start the Ephesians on Friday Marlene and Heather will start working on the retreat Marlene will update the document that tracks the faith progression. Marlene and Heather will see whether they will visit some women. Marlene is translating some stories shared by the women for Heather’s video. Prayer request: We need to pray for the women for this period in which they are not working.
