The meeting discussed two main points: updates on the work plan

Updates on the Work plan

Lise: Got delayed with some edits in the curriculum and with some days she was sick but she is still working towards finishing

Maurice: the only thing that is not yet done for January is to assess Gisele’s performance

Peter: research on the curriculum . remaining is a detailed work plan of what they would learn throughout.

Marlene: Nicene creed, bible study with women, today, the women have started to conduct bible studies by themselves

DuHope side: spring catalogue of products waiting on Jamie’s approval

There was a question on whether we should put the inclusive leadership training in the work plan and the answer to that question was that since it is for personal development it doesn’t need to appear in the work plan.

New DuHope collection: we don’t have new products for Rwanda, we are trying to see if we can buy them at a cheaper price

Getting information on US finances and record it in quickbooks.

DuHope is starting soft skills training with the women, this month they are starting with beast cancer training

Having games at DuHope focusing on team building or conflict resolution

Looking for a saving group that can work with DuHope women
