are behind schedule.

Gabie asked we pray for Jamie

·
Next week are the performance
reviews. All need to work on their “sweet spot” worksheet.
·
Gabie will also work on
contracts next week.

Gabie hasn’t received any
further personal development suggestions. Staff is welcome to come see her to
discuss if further questions.

activities (i.e. processes & procedures)
o

something doesn’t happen on the checklist (i.e. women don’t show up, etc.)

relations

Expansion
Not currently working on anything.
Gabie welcomed officially Mpinga RWABUHIHI to
the team
Mpinga said she met the DuHope women and sat
through the Bible study and counseling, observed them making the product and
learned about the pricing and overall operations of the rabbits, soap and jewelry-making.
Her email is mpinga.rwabuhihi@gmail.com and will get a Belay email account.
Work Plan
Gabie will be looking at those this week and
welcomes staff to come to her if any questions. She reminded us that we put a
lot of time into this, and we want this to be a living document. This means you
need to change it and keep it updated.
DuHope
·
One of the women, Victoria,
has a disabled child. We are trying to figure out if there is something we can
do. We will give updates as they happen.
·
Marlene shared we made DuHope
visits with Peter, Charlotte and Heather. They opened up and shared their lives,
which was very good.
·
The women pointed out that
they wanted prayer as their children are going to school. Team discussed savings,
problems in the past, poverty, current instabilities, etc.
·
Gabie said we are waiting on
supplies to make spring products for the Rwanda outlets and The Shop.
·
Heather sent the spring
catalogue to Jamie to be edited and reviewed before the launch of the online
store on 2nd of February.
Communication Ideas for This Week
·
Lise needs help in
communicating the upcoming training, not to invite attendees, but to promote
what we are providing to our Duhus.
·
Delivering product today to
outlet centers.
