Belay program direction

·
A lot of changes were made because DuHope
closed
·
The employee handbook will be sent to the team
by this month.
·
DuHope is closed indefinitely.
·
In May, Gabie will be working on stabilizing DuHope
·
Gabie will also supervise what is going on
with the incubator
·
Gabie reminded the team to take leave because they
will not be paid for their leave days.
·
Gabie informed the team that we have a
database called SalesForce but we don’t know how to use it yet. She will have
a short meeting with Lise to see if we can customize it on our own or if we
need help.
·
We applied for the exemption, and they said
that we should get it soon, hopefully we will get it in May.
·
We may have a rabbit training in May for
DuHope women
·
Gabie, Lise and Maurice will start working on
DuHope requested documents.

·
Lise met Immaculee and they divided her
investment into 2 quarters.
·
She wrote a report/ or a form of letter of
DuHope investment impact that I shared with Gabie and Heather for edit and
submitted to Jamie.
·
May main focus is on getting the incubatees
started. I still have to do their financial projections. There have been
slight changes because Chad isn’t much available these days but he can still
help.
·
Another priority in May will be to finish the
training with the Word Made Fresh women . We are one week behind because last
week Lise got sick, but we are still finishing it in May.

·
Maurice separated DuHope and Belay financial
reports.
·
He needs to submit the P&L for both DuHope
and Belay before the 6th May
·
He is developing the cash flow statement for
DuHope

Communication and Spiritual
integration

·
This last month, Marlene and Heather focused
on seeking churches for the women to join
·
They had the ongoing bible studies for the
days DuHope was open
·
They took a video that Heather needs as
testimony for her church
·
Esther and Easter teachings were to be the
focus of April bible studies in DuHope but it didn’t happen because the
program was closed most of the time
·
We started the Ephesians with belay staff and Marlene
is working on preparations of the next study that will be taught in May
·
The Faith statement sheet was developed but
they will fill it in May
·
Marlene and Heather Started preparation on
staff retreat that is scheduled on May 12th
