Marlene submitted the faith statement and is waiting for the feedback.
Living in God’s zone is ending this week and we will continue with Ephesians lead by Heather.
Narlene and Heather visited Betty
The staff retreat has been moved from March to May due to the Weather.
The bible study with DuHope women is ongoing
Redempta and Josephine are sharing God’s word with others in their neighbourhood

Mpinga put new products to the Shop
Mpinga went to buy the kitenge material for the new necklace they want to make
At DuHope, they are supposed to be working on the summer collection but they are waiting to see how the spring sales went
They had a shop board meeting and decided that they are going to be having a quarterly sales event. The first one is scheduled on 18th. March
DuHope is going to have a booth at the IF event on 11th from 9 am to 5pm
Jamie is leaving on the 13th and she is going to take some DuHope products.
The exemption list is almost done, Gabie is editing it.

Wrote the advanced training report
Met the word made flesh representative to conclude about how the training will go
Lise is having an orientation session with the word made flesh women.
Lise has been researching and brainstorming about the incubator.
Lise needs to make changes in her work plan: replace the M&E with the incubator and add new tasks on her to do list.
Lise needs to finish the draft of the business plan and send it to Gabie, Maurice and Jamie for feedback.
Lise met Claudine and the next step is to assess her restaurant business.
Lise also needs to work on the feedback on the operations manual.

Financial administration

Belay’s sign was stolen, therefore the team is thinking of the way to improve security. One decision was to take Alice’s key in order to have more control on our side.
By 15th Maurice is planning to share the US financial report with Jamie.
By the 20th Maurice plans to share the reports for the CIT with Pauline and Gabie then proceed with declarations.
