Training went well, 8 people completed it. It was an opportunity for participants to spend time with Belay team and Belay supporters and it was an opportunity for Belay supporters to know our participants and their business ideas/stories.
The incubator idea was born from the training as a way to help these aspiring entrepreneurs start businesses.
“From now on, every staff meeting needs to be discussing how to help the Duhu, convert their ideas into businesses” said Jamie
Among these entrepreneurs, Priorities are Immaculee and Didier; Lise is in charge of this but she needs to involves Belay team in this.
Lise needs to submit the DuHope business plan and the training report by the week.
Highlights of March are training with Word made flesh , M&E system and studying Didier and Immaculee’s businesses.
